Xây dựng fanbase cho kênh thông qua hệ thống nội dung/hoạt động/sự kiện tương tác với người chơi.
**Nội dung công việc:**
**Lập kế hoạch nội dung**
- Nghiên cứu insight về gameplay, monetization, event của người chơi mục tiêu để đề xuất nội dung phù hợp.
- Lên kế hoạch checklist các tuyến nội dung trên kênh theo định hướng từ Content plan
**Sản xuất & đăng tải nội dung**
- Nghiên cứu format nội dung, phong cách edit phù hợp với từng angle đã lên từ checklist.
- Làm việc với cộng tác viên content để sản xuất nội dung theo kế hoạch.
- Kiểm tra nội dung trước và sau khi đã on-air, đảm bảo chất lượng và đúng nội dung brief.
- Đăng tải nội dung lên các platform
**Quản lý cộng đồng & moderation**
- Theo dõi tương tác người dùng, check sentiment và chủ động phản hồi.
- Trả lời comment/inbox từ users trên các nền tảng.
- Lọc comment không phù hợp (ẩn/xóa).
**Báo cáo & Phân tích**
- Phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo kết quả.
- Nghiên cứu và ứng dụng những loại nội dung mới, công cụ sản xuất nội dung mới.
- Produce images and videos based on briefs approved by the Channel Owner.
- Proactively suggest content ideas that are relevant to the channel.
- Research and apply the latest social media trends to the content being created.
- Ensure that all produced content aligns with the brand guidelines and the strategic direction of the channel and product.
- Research product and community trends to contribute creative ideas for the channel and community engagement activities.

**Main Responsibility**: Build and grow a fanbase for the channel through a consistent system of content, interactive activities, and player-focused events.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Content Planning**
- Research player insights related to gameplay, monetization, and events to propose relevant content ideas.
- Develop a checklist of content themes and angles based on the strategic direction provided by the Content Plan.
**Content Production & Publishing**
- Research suitable content formats and editing styles for each content angle outlined in the checklist.
- Work with content creators to produce content aligned with the plan.
- Review content before and after publishing to ensure quality and adherence to the brief.
- Upload content to the respective platforms.
**Community Management & Moderation**
- Monitor user interactions, assess community sentiment, and respond proactively.
- Answer comments and inbox messages from users across platforms.
- Filter inappropriate comments (hide/delete as needed).
**Reporting & Analysis**
- Analyze performance data and produce comprehensive reports.
- Research and apply new content types and content production tools to enhance engagement.
