Job Description

PLATFORMS: TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram Main Responsibility: Build and grow a fanbase for the channel through a system of content, interactive activities, and player engagement events. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Content Planning

• Research player insights regarding gameplay, monetization, and events to propose suitable content.
• Develop a checklist of content themes and angles based on directions from the Content Plan.

Content Production & Publishing

• Explore content formats and editing styles that fit each angle in the checklist.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce content as planned.
• Review content before and after publishing to ensure it meets quality standards and matches the brief.
• Upload and publish content across relevant platforms.

Community Management & Moderation

• Monitor user engagement, assess sentiment, and respond proactively.
• Reply to user comments and inbox messages across platforms.
• Filter out inappropriate comments (hide/delete).

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Research and apply new content formats and content production tools.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of user insights and cultural context in the US/Canada and broader American regions.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 3–6 months of experience in Social Media (preferably in Gaming, Tech, or Gen Z-focused products).
• Familiar with core social platforms (TikTok, X, Instagram).
• Skilled in concise, trend-driven content writing.
• Strong analytical ability and user insight interpretation.
• Detail-oriented, proactive in staying updated with trends and new skills.
• Collaborative mindset; able to work with other teams (Editor, Designer, Planner).
• Cross-platform thinking – able to tailor and optimize content for each platform’s unique characteristics.
