Job Description: A/ Content Planning

• Research insights on gameplay, monetization, and events relevant to the target audience to propose suitable content ideas.
• Create a checklist of content topics based on the overall content direction.

B/ Content Production & Publishing

• Translate content from** English to Thai and vice versa.**
• Research content formats and editing styles suitable for each angle from the checklist.
• Collaborate with content contributors to produce content according to the plan.
• Review content before and after it's published to ensure quality and alignment with the brief.
• Upload content to the respective platforms.

C/ Community Management & Moderation

• Monitor user engagement, check sentiment, and respond proactively.
• Reply to comments/inbox messages from users on different platforms.
• Moderate inappropriate comments (hide/delete).

D/ Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze data and report performance results.
• Research and apply new content types and production tools.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience** playing turn-based games** like Onmyoji, Honkai Star Rail, Summoners War, and open-world RPGs like Genshin Impact, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Sky: Children of the Light.
• Deep understanding of Thai culture and the broader Asian region.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Minimum 3–6 months experience in Social Media (preferably in Gaming, Tech, or Gen Z-related products).
• Proficiency in major** social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook).**
• Strong short-form content writing and trend-catching skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret user insights.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in updating trends and improving skills.
• Team player – able to coordinate with other departments (Editor, Designer, Planner).
• Multi-channel mindset – optimize content to fit each platform's unique traits.
